- 5+ years' implementation experience with Identity & Access Management software
- 2+ years' experience implementing enterprise-wide role based access control solutions
- Experience developing applications to use one or more directories, such as Active Directory, Sun Directory Server, or CA Directory required; LDAP administration experience highly desired
- Developer-level experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript
- Technical programming background (J2EE, JAVA, XML, PERL, etc.)
- Knowledge of CA Siteminder & Federation Manager is a plus
- Capable of developing custom web services and knowledge of SOAP security practices
- Strong experience with web applications and database technologies operating within Linux environment required; Apache, JBoss, MySQL and Linux administration experience a plus
