Responsible for:

assess training needs for client user teams across locations and functions

understanding the BPPs being built during the Blueprinting phase

convert the BPPs in to training material using SAP training tools

help the trainer with building training content and deliver the training

convert the material in to CBT (computer based training) for ongoing needs
