Duration: 6-12 Months

Location: Atlanta , GA

StartDate:  June 2012   

 

Experience:              

·        Minimumof 5 years' experience in Security .

·        Hands-onSecurity Administration tools such as

·        ACE

·        ProfileGenerator

·        Atleast 2 implementations of SAP CRM where;

·        Oneupgrade in either CRM 2007 or version 7 ( from version 5) as SecurityConfiguration consultant where the backend was ECC.

·        Oneend-to-end implementation in 2007 version 5 or version 7 where role was that asSecurity Configuration consultant.

·        Preferencegiven to those with experience within Utilities / Public Sector.

·        SAPCertification would be required.

·        Upgradeknowledge of CRM Enhancement Pack 1 and 2 would be advantageous

·        Version5 to 7 and ECC Ehp 5 to Ehp 6 upgrade project.

·        MicrosoftOffice Products – Word, Excel and Visio.

·        TelephonyIntegration Configuration/Knowledge would be beneficial from a securityperspective.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Responsiblefor the objectives and deliverables of the Security SAP CRM and ECC Team.

·        Hands-onExperience Required:

·        Appreciationof the IS-U Master, Technical Objects  and Transaction Data including:

·        OrganizationalModel

·        ProductMaster

·        BusinessPartner – Master Data / Search optimization /Data Exchange with ECC

·        TechnicalObjects including – Connection Object and Premise

·        WebGui configuration based on IS-U centric Business Roles within a CustomerInteraction Center environment and an ECC back end.

·        Detailedknowledge of configuring the IC Web Client including

·        Primarycontact person for business and technical realization of requirements regardingsecurity configuration and administration.
