Job Title: Jr. / Sr. Business Analyst

 

Location:  Raleigh, NC

Duration: 1+ year

Rate: DOE

 

Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Understands the system development life cycle.  Experienced in discovery process through documentary research and interviewing.
• Works closely with business analysts and NC Medicaid business users to identify business issues, best practices, and requirements
• Responsible for designing and documenting work processes.
• Works collaboratively with the client during the requirements definition stage in an  effort to articulate and define requirements keeping in mind the scope of the project
• Can lead the high-level business process design efforts  for NCMMIS
• Adheres to the  NCMMIS standards and management processes (such as Change Control)
• Strong Analytical skills.
• MMIS, insurance industry experience, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Self-starter and comfortable in working in an unstructured environment.
• Bachelors degree
