Front End Web Developer

Location:Sanjose, CA

Duration:6 months

An ideal candidate should have the following:
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other web technologies

- Experience solving cross browser compatibility issues
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3, knowing which features are ready for use
- Experience implementing responsive layout for both desktop and mobile clients
- Know all the "good parts" of Javascript
- Expert knowledge of jQuery and jQuery UI
- Experience designing and implementing reusable jQuery plugins.
- Experience implementing and styling video players, e.g. Flash, HTML5, Silverlight

 

Big plus if the candidate also has:
- Experience developing single-page applications.
- Experience developing HTML5 applications.
- Some knowledge of web application frameworks such as Spring MVC.
- Good communication with Java developers and UX Designers.
