Title:                     Oracle HRMS Developer

Duration:             2 months (With high probability of Extension)

Location:             Salt Lake City, Utah

Rate:                     $ 75/hr on C2C

 

Job Description:

 

• Strong Oracle HRMS R12 senior Techno-Functional consultant with 6 -8 year of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS
• Strong Technical and Functional knowledge of Oracle Core HR, Benefit and, Payroll (Elements, balance, BEE etc.)
• Extensive experience in designing and documenting Functional and Technical design documents (MD.050 and MD.070) for inbound and outbound interfaces to and from Oracle HR, Benefit and Payroll module.
• Expertise in developing Inbound and out bound interface to and from Oracle Payroll and Benefit using SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting languages and techniques.
• Experience in developing and modifying report using BI / XML Publisher using RTF, XSL-FO temple
• Experience writing very complex payroll and benefit Fast Formulas
• Experience working with SQL-Loader, Toad, SQL Plus, WebADI and other Oracle development tools
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment.
