Required Skills:

*Minimum 7 yrs IT extensive hands-on experience in providing programming / data/ business analyst services to address challenging     requirements across all facets of the SDLC for large and complex customer OLAP applications.

*Extensive experience in review of peer delivered SDLC artifacts including, but not limited to, design, analyses, requirements, testing, and    operations across a multitude of complex technoliogies and business domains.

* Technical and / or business experience in designing, developing, and maintaining synchoronous and asynchronous internal and external    interfaces and associated secure data transfer protocols and mechanisms.

*Technical and or business experience in designing, developing, and validating data conversions, reviewing data quality as well as data    quality controls, efficient extraction of data, and in developing reports.

* Experience with data analyses, data mapping, and data validations.

*Experience with software change management on multiple technology platforms.

*Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with proven strengths in handling difficult IT problems.

*Effective written and oral communications skills.
