Position# 1

 

Title:                    NetApp Administrators (4)

Location:            Phoenix AZ (must work onsite)

Duration:            6 months (possibility for extension)

Rate:                    $70 corp to corp

Start:                    ASAP

 

5-10 years of related systems engineering and SAN and NAS administration experience.Experience designing and implementing storage solutions in a large enterprise (in Petabytes and growing) environment including: High performance computing (HPC) and available SAN, NAS, CAS and Archive/VTL tiered storage systems.Ability to produce technical documentation, engineering and installation plans, working drawings and redlines, and Visio/AutoCAD rendering/drawing skills.Ability to assess an existing implementation, audit it to identify gaps and non-standard configurationsDocument findings in a report and share that with IT managementRecommend next steps to improve the system based on findingsExpertise in NetApp and/or Isilon implementations and configurationsExperience with NetApp and/or Isilon hardware and best practices 

Position# 2:

 

Title:                    NetBackup Administrators (4)

Duration:            6 months (possibility for extension)

Rate:                    $70 corp to corp

Start:                    ASAP

 

Manage NetBackup production environment to ensure success of backup jobs.Must have experience with NetBackup version 6.x and higher.Creation and documentation of strategies, policies and procedures that will allow the team to meet required data protection SLA's.Create technical designs integrating NetBackup and SAN fabric infrastructure.Perform daily troubleshooting of backup failures along with fulfilling restore requests.The specialist will need extensive Symantec NetBackup experience. Broad and deep experience configuring backup storage hardware.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve urgent issues.
