1)      Securities and Capital Markets-Indepth knowledge of Securities & Capital Markets Good knowledge of Securities&  Capital Markets business technology -->Securities

 

2)      Generic -Should be able to understand current solution blue print and related business processes.

 

3)      Project Management ADM -Role Definition &  Indicative factors:  Project Management ADM, should be capable of handling end-to-end delivery of a fixed price development or migration project which meets the defined scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives. Indicative Competency: 

 

ITIL(L2)-ITIL V3 Expert Certified ITIL process consulting experience in service management domain Undertaken process due diligence or process maturity.

 

Certifications : PM Elite, PMP, Business English Communication, Cross-culture, Accelerate.

 

Communication Skills : Should have excellent skiils.
