Job Description:

·         Expert level knowledge of installing, deploying, documenting, and troubleshooting network perimeter  technologies such as firewalls, proxy servers, intrusion prevention/detection (IDS/IPS), antivirus, antimalware, anti spam and unified threat management (UTM).

·         Experience with Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and other monitoring tools.

·         Experience with the Credant encryption software, Blue Coat Internet Proxy, RSA, Symantec AV, SEP11, Celerra AV Agent, Juniper SSL, VPN, Juniper Net Connect and Nortel IPSEC VPN Infrastructure, Qradar, PKI, Secure Email, and  DLP.

·         Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

·         The ability to travel up to 25% in support of customer deployments is required.

·         Must have ability and willingness to support a flexible schedule in support of 24x7 operations.

·         Experience in a high-pressure 24x7 operations environment, including understanding of NSOC (network security operations center), processes and procedures.

·         Ability to present technical ideas and issues utilizing visualization tools such as Visio and Power Point.

·         Relevant industry certifications such as, but not limited to CCSA, CCNP, CCNA, SANS, CISSP. 

·         This position requires strong working knowledge and background in networking, security and operations with a strong Security background combined with general troubleshooting skills, methods and approach.
