Immediate need Support Analyst for 6 months+ @ San Jose

Mandatory Skills:

4-6  years of industry experience of end user support and case handing (primarily direct user interaction)

1.       Support case management (support ticket/case acceptance to closure)

2.       Excellent Communication Skills

3.       Manage discussion forum based support

4.       FAQ and Documentation of workflow/process

5.       Good Analytical skills to resolve reported issues

6.       Application Installation help/support
