| SCOPE OF SERVICES
The position will work on the agency's various application development initiatives with respect to automating processes and improving database systems. This position requires excellent knowledge of SDLC principles and excellent communications skills. DCA uses a .NET framework to support application for various functions at the Agency. This position will work closely to continue to expand that build, and integrate functionality with other DCA database systems and .NET applications.

| MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE . • Advanced program skill object oriented programming, relational database applications • 4 Years experience developing applications using .NET framework 1.1 & 2.0 (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and ADO.NET) • 2 years documented experience as a team lead (or similar) mentoring junior programmers in ASP.NET application development. • 4 years of demonstrated experience with web application development using .NET, JavaScript, and XML, XSL to create interactive web forms. • 3 years of software development with experience with MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 • 2 Years Experience working with web services (SOAP/XML, REST, etc.)
