Immediate Need - Sr. Unix Admin for 8 months @ Framingham, MA

• 5-7 years of prior experience as a UNIX Administrator with LINUX and AIX experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Must have server partitioning and UNIX/Linux virtualization (IBM POWER VM and VMware) experience with in-depth understanding of server hardware.
  UNIX security, Sarbanes-Oxley and Audit Compliance experience required.
  Shell programming expertise.
• Must have good experience on UNIX/Linux networking, routing technology.
  Basic understanding of firewall
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs. Strong follow up skills and problem solving ability a must.
• Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external partners. Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and be able to work effectively with all levels within an organization.
• Prior experience with data center migrations preferred.
• Prior experience with Prince2 and ITIL is a plus.

The following technical skills are a plus: DB2, Oracle DB, WebSphere, Apache, , Ignite, LDAP, EMC Disk/Storage Management, HACMP, MQSeries, Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Storage Manager
