Immediate Need for SSIS Developer(ETL)

Role : SSIS Developer(ETL)

Location : Orange County,CA

Duration : 3+ months

Job Description:

Extensive experience in developing SQL Server Integration service packages for performing complex ETL tasks. The project involves defining standard data file formats for source data and developing packages to load and maintain reference data with extensive error logging for hundreds of LOV tables hosted on a SQL Server database. 

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL Server and extensive experience in the past 3 years in SSIS/ETL/T-SQL. 

Excellent problem solvers, data analysts and those with testing experience are preferred. Candidates should have solid business interaction and communication skills. Rapid development of database objects, optimization of data, loading and enriching data through the use of SSIS

 

Required:

SQL Server 2008

T-SQL

SSIS

Strong MS SQL Server experience

Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures

Control files to run the ETL process (bat files with variables) 

SSIS package to extract data into SQL Server 

SSIS to load the data into stage tables 

SSIS to transform and output flat files 

Soft Skills: Self-starter, organized, good communicator 

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

This individual will be responsible for working independently and as a team member
