Position : Support Analyst
Location : Sugar Land, TX
Starts: ASAP
Duration: +6 months

Support Analyst with proven experience supporting day to day operations of Help Desk, must have experience troubleshooting and tracking technical issues via a trouble ticketing system, escalates issues and requests when necessary, prepare reports of help desk metrics, trends and suggestions for help desk service improvement.

Ability to communicate with customers in working towards a resolution and recommend known technical and functional solutions to clients, develop workarounds and solutions for product defect resolution. Java/J2EE and SQL programming required, must have working knowledge of App/Web Servers including Tomcat. Spanish a plus.
