Qualifications:
- A working knowledge of SAP CRM configuration and solution is required.
- Some combination of experience with SAP CRM Sales Orders, the replication process between ECC and CRM, the Interaction Center, the Web UI, Telephony integration, and integration with SCM APO is preferred.
- Experience with SAP's Sales & Distribution is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree required, post-graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Competent in project management theory, knowledge, skills, tools and techniques.
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience within Information Technology industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP technology.
- Prior SAP deployment experience in all phases of the ASAP methodology is required.

The CRM Functional Expertis responsible for providing consultation to the business units and the IS organization on the relevance and appropriate application of technology. The CRM Functional Expert will understand the business processes and design solutions that fulfill the business requirements. This position is accountable for ensuring that the application and integration of such technology is done in a manner consistent with the clients enterprise architecture and IS standards. This position is responsible for collaborating with and educating others across the organization on the use of CRM and supporting technology. The CRM Functional Expert is a student of the technology, maintains market awareness, and is networked into the customer and sales vertical internally and externally. The CRM Functional Expert is accountable for keeping up to date on new and emerging developments in IT solutions. This position is expected to gain a working level understanding of these technologies by pursuing opportunities to gain practical knowledge through professional events, peer networks, or formal training. The CRM Functional Expert will identify opportunities to integrate new technology with the current environment to address business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads blueprinting sessions and ensures all key stakeholders fully understand impacts of decisions impacting the subject matter.
- Works closely with other OC's internal and external IT resources to design a solution that fulfills the business requirements.
- Support internal SME (subject matter expert) or vendor to complete technical configuration activities as required to drive speed and quality in achieving deliverables. Has a working knowledge of configuration.
- Writes or approves functional specifications.
- Understands business scenarios and is an advocate for quality with the identification of test scenarios and validates that the scenarios are adequately documented.
- Works closely with the business on the deployment of the solution to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage change and ongoing communication of the respective subject.
Escalate major process or standard issues when necessary. Collaborate on the development of training materials.
- Leverage improved solution functionality and architecture to implement efficient and sustainable integrated processes.
- Manages business requirements and solutions to ensure they can be fulfilled within the given project constraints (budget, schedule, resources) while still providing a sustainability.
- Make track level decisions on a daily basis. Establish track level milestones and drive for achievement. Escalate all issues to the Project Manager.
- Integrate track across tracks and across releases.
- Transition the sustainment of the delivered solution to the business and support organizations
