JOB DESCRIPTION:
nterview application teams to document the current and future state of their applications in terms of technical design and supporting hardware and software
Create detailed technical design documents based on systems architecture.
Create current state & future state technical diagrams for a variety of applications
Document the current and future state of their applications in terms of technical design, and supporting hardware and software.
Validate with teams for validity of the documents created e.g, technical design, systems architecture
Report progress as requested
Have strong communication skills in interfacing with business partners and the IT community
Visio, Access, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes, Quality Center, Clear Quest
Self-directed and professional personality to seek what needs to be done and go get it from SME's
Experience working with RoboHelp
Create and develop strategic communications.
Convey core themes and strategic communications
Expert knowledge using PowerPoint
Ability to design presentations to enhance client visual objectives and strategies
Candidates must have the ability to create sophisticated layouts, animated timelines, dynamic charts, and illustrative graphs
Provide input with creative recommendations when appropriate
Ability to manage own time, meet deadlines (sometimes tight), ensure quality control, and work in a collaborative team environment
Create and maintain document repository
