I am looking for a .Net Developer in Irving TX for 1+ years Contract. Here are the details of the position:

Title: .Net Developer

Location: Irving TX

Duration: 1+ year

 

Required Skills And Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft .NET technology experience including Framework 3.5 and 4.0 ASP.NET Web Development and Web Services.

• Must be strong in Microsoft web development technologies including Visual Studio 2010.

• Experience with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server environment.

• Proficient in creating Rich Internet Applications using Component Art's Gridview and Callback controls.

• 2-4+ years hands-on experience with AJAX programming techniques. Particularly, a fundamental understanding of Component Art's Callback/AJAX technology is required.

• Working knowledge of Component Art controls a must.

• Ability to create and extend client-side JavaScript Functions and Objects.

• Performing Unit and Integration Testing.

• Excellent C# programming skills with VB.NET skills optional but a plus.

• Experience with WCF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSD, ADO.NET, T-SQL, SQL Server, TFS.

• Expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Data Services, Web services, designing applications within a portal framework and application-to-application integration.

• Relational database experience a must. Microsoft SQL 2005 or later required.

• Develop T-SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers and views.

• Proficiency in database-driven application technologies including ADO.NET. Specifically, working knowledge of ADO.NET Entity Framework (Entity Data Model) required.

• Must be able to use LINQ to Entities and LINQ to SQL proficiently.

• Expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Data Services, Web services, designing applications within a portal framework and application-to-application integration.

• Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task.

• Knowledgeable in Object Oriented programming principles and N-Tier programming design concepts.

• Individual must be a team player, receptive to new ideas and concepts and willing to embrace them when final determinations are made.

• Individual must be a self-starter with the ability to run with assignments when tasked and under minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills are a necessity.

• Client interaction and presentation skills.

 

Desired Skills And Experience

Experience with developing IE automation applications

Experience with developing Netegrity Automation

Experience with developing applications leveraging the Win32 APIs

Experience with developing applications leveraging Microsoft COM

Experience developing T-SQL Stored Procedures, views and tables.

Ability to work under and meet deliverables under tight deadlines.
