We are looking for US Recruiters with good communications skills for one of our client based in Bangalore.

We prefer the candidates from smaller towns like Coimbatore / Salem / Madurai / Mysore / Vishakapatnam / Trichy / Cochin / Trivandrum etc.
Good candidates from Metros who can relocate to Bangalore also can apply.

The Job location will be in Bangalore.

Should have max of two weeks joining time.

If there are more candidates in one location the client is ready to come and conduct the interview in the same location.

Total positions : 25 positions.

Exp: 1 to 3 yrs in US staffing

Need to work as per US timings.

Salary between INR 20k Per month  to INR 40 K Per month  Plus benefits like

Job Description


Recruiter should have experience in Recruiting IT /& Non-IT professionals for Various Domain

*   Must have experience in VMS/ MSP / Direct client based US Recruiting
*   Should have End to End Recruiting Skills. Which encompasses Sourcing till getting NDA in place.
*   Must be proactive in Creating database for W2 based candidates for the respective domain
*   Should have traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client need
*   Should have good understanding of both domain based and technology based recruiting. Must be have proven track record in hiring Green Card Holder/Permanent Citizens.

a.   Excellent Oral and Written communication.
b.   Very results oriented - determining strategy and delivering on time.
c.   Good Leadership skills & the ability to work independently. Must be a team player, and work well with others.
