Direct Client Need.........Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET)

Our client is looking for a Software Design Engineer in Test. I am forwarding the requirement  please go through it and let me know your availability and interest.

position: Software Design Engineer in Test

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

 

Qualification

•         3+ years of previous SDE experience.

•         Ability to clearly communicate concerns about code and collaborate with devs and PMs to effectively solve software challenges

•         High level of personal accountability and "self-starter" attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations

•         Capability to problem solve by not only identifying bugs, but also narrowing down the list of bugs to identify the root of a software problem

•         3+ years of experience coding in an Object Oriented language such as C++, C# or Java.

•         Passion for software quality, good instincts for how cloud software should behave and what Microsoft customers expect

 

Techncial skills required:

•         Strong SQL/DB skills

•         Experience with IIS, ASP.NET, MVC

•         Experience with Azure/SQL Azure a strong plus

•         College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related technical discipline is preferred and 4-5 years of experience supporting internet facing enterprise applications.

•         Excellent written and oral communication, project management skills required. Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision making skills also required.
