Windows Citrix Administrator.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Duration : 4 months

 

Job Description:

 

§  5+ Years experience in administering Windows 2000/ 2003/2008 servers

§  Will be responsible for the maintenance RIMM Project (Including Remote Installation and Maintenance of existing setup / Server / Servers and    installation of new setup / Server / Servers).

§  Problem solving Capability in IBM,HP and Dell Hardware.

§  Responsible for Root cause analysis

§  Responsible for Resolving Escalated issue.

§  Experience in Citrix Administration with multiple sites and farms.

§  Knowledge on Storage, Networking, Firewall and backup Applications/devices

§  Expert on all versions of Citrix and strong knowledge of Citrix Secure Gateway / Web Interface / Nfuse)and the communication between them and citrix farm.

§  Capable to resolve the security based problems on Citrix.

# Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis and strong fundamentals # Strong knowledge on ICA clients and thin clients devices. #

§  Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.

§  Experience in packaging and deploying application on citrix farm using citrix packager or tools like install shield.

§  Experience on Citrix farm performance tuning.

§  Knowledge of overall networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS)

§  Must have a strong understanding of best practices for secure systems design and scalable fault tolerant web architecture.

§  Must have knowledge of established standards and emerging technologies.

§  Work with Local & Global Teams

§  Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent processes.

§  Resource should be open for Oncall Support during non-business hours


Required Skills:

Ø  Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.

Ø  Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
Ø  MCSE / MCSA / MCP / MCITP/CCA/CCAA are preferred.
