Position Description
This position is for one (1) Business Analyst resource to work on system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, gathering and management of business requirements, system user acceptance testing, maintenance and development of systems, user documentation and participation of the pre and post system implementation support in adherence with the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology for the ExpressSOS project effort. The project has a need to confirm that legislatively mandated fee and rule changes produce the desired results in both legacy mainframe logic and that of a .Net replacement framework. The project is currently under review to determine if maintaining a single system as the repository of a fee calculation service is more feasible than updating both systems and that decision would likely determine if focus is reduced to one system. Until the decision is made there is a need to have resources capable of functioning in either scenario.

Continuous integration Automated builds from TFS
Experience Required
At least ten years of experience with web development in .NET and ASP.NET.
At least ten years of experience with web development and an SQL Backend.
At least ten years of experience with object oriented programming concepts.
At least five years of experience with MVC and .NET Framework.
At least five years of experience with software development.
At least five years of experience with business analyst function.
Experience Preferred
Experience/knowledge with CEPAS and PCI compliance
Education Required
An undergraduate degree in a technical field such as mathematics, electrical engineering, computer science of information technology.
Additional Information
