Job Title : BA with Cisco exp

Job Location : San Jose,CA

Duration : 6 Months +

 

 

Candidate must have be assertive, and have the ability to manage details and have superior analysis, problem solving and data organization skill set.

 

The role of NBSO Business Analyst (BA) is to:

• Assist program managers in leading broad-based/cross functional changes to implement operations plan of new service offerings

• Perform deep dive analysis in collaboration with key operational stakeholders to analyze business requirements in support of program requirements. Document analysis efforts including assessments, workflows and processes. Translate solutions into operational work and project plans to implement the solution, maximizing value while minimizing time to market and operational costs

• Support Services NPI Operations management activities, such as pipeline monitoring and assessment, develop and manage project wiki (IWE), and support any ad-hoc requests

• Coordinate and assist in the review, edit and update of new and existing training materials

• Provide report development and data analysis to support service offerings

• Gather and document key learnings from field support to recommend future operational enhancement and optimization

• Recommend optimization to increase the effectiveness of the team, current processes and engagement models

• Provide level 3 operational support to key NPI service offers. Assist field account teams and business development managers to structure transactions with respect to sales engagement, quoting, ordering, contract management and reconciliation

 

Required skills/qualifications:

• BA/BS degree

• Minimum 5-8 years experience as Business Analysts

 

Desired skills/experience

• Strength in structured problem solving methodologies (i.e. DMAIC)

• Ability to identify and analyze complex program, process and tool requirements

• Experience working in project teams and solid understanding of project management (e.g. PMI PMBOK or equivalent)

• Experience in Services or technology Industry

• Knowledge in business intelligence and reporting tools desired

• Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, Customers and Partners

• Strong understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle

• Previous experience working in Sales Ops, Services Operations, and Cisco Services is highly desirable

• Works independently with minimal supervision required
