NEED --- Web Access Management consultant - (multiple locations)

Web Access Management consultant
Multiple locations: Cleveland, OH or Colorado Springs, CO
12 month contract
Skype Interview!


Requirements:
VS 2012, C#, Web Services, IIS 7, MS Test Fixtures (part of VS 2012),
conceptual knowledge and/or past use of code elevation tools.


At least two years of experience with each above technology and
preferably more like four years. The main focus needs to be on their
understanding of web services since they will be spending time
changing configuration files and then unit testing the changes. They
need to understand the web services framework (thus the C#), but they
will not be actively coding.
