Description
· 8-10 years Core Java Developer Experience.
· Extensive Project Management in ERP domain
· MPP or equivalent Proj. Mgmt tool experience
· Ability to develop a clear and detailed plan.
· MS Excel exp. Should be aware of advance functions, conditional formatting, managing data, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc
· Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think quickly and adeptly about how to address problems as they come up and to learn from the issues so that the same problems do not arise again.
· Good Interpersonal skill set
· Capable of foundation and strategic management
· Excellent Leader and Organizer
· Should be able to deal with Resource Commitment
· Execution of a project/release with the performance rigor; including the creation of Performance strategy and execution
