Experience: Minimum 5 years of ABAP CRM Development experience, able to work independently without
supervision
Description:
1) CRM 7.0 web UI enhancement with BOL.
2) AET usage and enhancement of transactions and business partner
3) Customer interaction center Web UI enhancement
4) Interface development using RFC and extracting R/3 data
5) Debugging of CIC components like inbox, interactions and transactions
6) Report development with ABAP
7) Using Rapid tools for UI development
8) CRM Interactive reporting
