Position: Level Three Engineer -Avaya

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Description: 

•EC500 - extension to cellular, the EC500 device.

•Highly skilled in Avaya technologies.

•Should be able to maintain advanced Avaya programing and routing.

•Able to troubleshoot complex voice platform issues.

•Can provide design and architecture recommendations.

•Should have good experience in configuration, management and troubleshooting in EC500 Device.

•Experience with Call Center Apps (IVR etc.), CMS, Call Recording, VP1 Voice print.

•Should familiar with Microsoft technology (Lync and Exchange UM).

•Maintain system documentation.

•Help formulate technology roadmap.

•Escalate issues to manufacturer as needed.
