Position: QA Mobile Tester/Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6 Months
Interview: Face 2 Face is must after first Telephonic round
Role Summary:
Responsible for promoting the highest level of quality in all technology releases by providing strategic level oversight in the release process, the Sr. Release Manager is the single point of contact for approved releases within the Business Technology group. Serving as the SME, he/she will drive continuous improvement throughout the release process.
Essential Functions:
Serve as POC for Sr. Management regarding release status and potential risks surrounding the implementation. Support and drive the RM vision throughout the business by participating in project meetings surrounding initiatives that impact the release process. Manage potential release related risks surrounding vendor relationships and associated SLAs throughout the business. Perform post release process reviews to identify all inefficiencies and deficiencies in the release process with the goal of continuous process improvement. Overcome team challenges and provide mentorship to junior level resources without direct line reporting relationships. Provide steady state education to process users when requested or when circumstances indicate that education would improve process execution.

Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of software project or program management experience required.
· Significant experience with enterprise software projects and the breadth of project management required for their development, implementation and maintenance is required
· Specific experience in supporting or delivering key software services including documentation, support, implementation planning and communication across internal teams
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ranging from technical communication status to executive communication
· Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts (ITIL certifications a plus)
Additional Skills Required:
· Experience in Mobile testing preferably on multiple platforms – ie Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry RIM
· Ability to design, build and execute performance and functional tests for both browser and non-browser applications
· Proficient in negative, regression, system integration (SIT), acceptance (UAT), load/performance, security, browser compatibility, and performance testing
· Proven skills developing and maintaining automated test cases in a variety of environments and technologies
· Designed and developed use cases, user interface specifications, and user requirement specification documents
· Experience in creating and developing strategic Test plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Reports for both manual and automated testing
· Experience in testing tools like Quality Center, Test Director, Load Runner, and Quick Test Professional
· Experience in cross browser testing
· Experience in tag testing
