Mandatory Technical Skills	HP Load Runner,Performance Center,Network Monitoring Tools
Desirable Technical Skills	Data Creation knowledge, Excel Macro, Performance Strategy
Mandatory Functional Skills	1-Meet with application teams and project leadership to determine load test requirements and success criteria. 2-Define performance testing strategy 3-Work on development of performance test scripts using Vugen and Emulators 4-Perform analysis of load test results to confirm accuracy and evaluate any performance issues. 5-Coordinate with all development teams to provide performance testing support for release content and schedules. 6-Coordinate with multiple application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams for performance defect resolution. 7-Create and maintain all performance testing artifacts (test plan, data plan, and detailed test reports) 8-Present load test results and analysis project management. 9-Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions. 10-Hands-on experience with script preparation, execution and usage of Android Emulators for Load Runner scripting 11-Monitor and manage multiple performance test team progress. Test teams will consist of a mix of onshore and offshore team members for the Ecommerce Project. 12-Performance Monitoring and Bottleneck identification of Resource Utilization for Windows and Linux System (Sol, AIX is a plus) using System tools, Introscope 13. Collate and analyse Performance test results from HP Analysis and provide observations and recommendations 13-NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of the Performance Tests strategize and Plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.) and secure test environments in advance. 14-Analyzing NFRs and negotiate with stakeholders on scope and strategy

Experience Required	•          Familiar with modern web and native mobile applications and interaction models. •          Creat test plans, test cases and other documentation •          Working experience in Agile methodology •          Defect tracking using industry standard defect management tools (JIRA, HP-ALM, Tracker) a must. •          Ability to clearly communicate effort needed to accomplish assigned tasks. •          Enthusiastic innovator with good problem solving skills •          2-3 years experience conducting Quality Assurance testing Web and/or Mobile technologies. •          Experience with Functional, System, and Integration testing in a continuous integration SDLC.   •          Exposure to both automated and headless testing a plus. •          Healthcare industry experiences a plus.
