JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Role	QA Tester
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Sound knowledge of retail domain Good knowledge of testing life cycle , testing types and method used in the current market. Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience with public speaking Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management At least 2 years Retail domain experience
Roles and responsibility	• Responsible for creating test plan and test case. • Responsible for execution of  story based AC or test cases. documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Grainger standard formats. • Responsible for log, retest and closure of  the defect • support functional module for correction or modification • Post deployment testing for each prod deployment • Product set up and data validation • Coordination with agile team including scrum master, BSA ,Dev and TPM to minimize the risk •Good Knowledge of software development Life Cycle(SDLC), Testing development Life Cycle(TDLC) and Object Oriented Programming(OOPS) concepts
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Requirements definition and traceability Demonstrated experience in industry as QA and testing phase experience 3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and various testing phases of projects Experience working in tools like Jira, Confluence, wiki 3+ years of experience in test management tool 'HP quality center ' Testing experience on Java/Hybris based application will be added advantage Real time experience in agile devlopement model Experience in automation tool like QTP, selenium will be preffered Experience in console based, cross browser , security testing Experience in effective testing processes
Total experience in required skill (years)	6 to 8 years exp.
