 1.       CCNA, UCCE1 and UCCE2 Certified Resources ONLY.

2.       Should have Contact Center Domain for 7+ years.

3.       CVP Reporting & Routing with experience with ICM Scripting.

4.       Installation of Various CISCO related applications, CAD, CVP, etc.,

5.       CTI / VRSP, Interactions Center, Cryptographic Information Manager, NICE Screen Logger, VoIP Logger, Applications Suite,

·         Attend change management, release planning and implementation meetings with key stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of release components/packages and to review release readiness plans, milestone reviews and business go/no-go reviews.

·         Develop KPIs, communicate and measure release performance and effectiveness

·         Document and communicate all changes for a release in release notes which are published to stakeholders.

·         Serve as an escalation point for any release issues or needs related to a release.

·         Maintain a release schedule and repository with key information, such as release procedures and dependencies
