Experience:

• 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience
• Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment)
• Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application
• Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs
• Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations
• Full lifecycle Implementation experience
