•  7+ years' experience with Kronos 

o experience with both 6.3 and 7

o experience with following modules: timekeeper, Scheduling, manager, employee, mobile

•  Good exp in kronos implementation and should have handled 1 large implementation

•  Strong code review and migration experience

•  Comfortable with other development technology, e.g. Oracle

•  Knowledge of Kronos APIs

•  Experience building and supporting integrations with other systems

•  Experience with attestation

•  Good communication skills, fluent English in both verbal and written.
