MySQL DBA

3 Months contract

 

Requirements:

·         3+ years of experience with MySQL DBA, Stored Procedures

·         Proficiency with PHP programming

·         Solid knowledge of MySQL internals, Amazon RDS for MySQL

·         Knowledge of Amazon Aurora, NoSQL and Redis data structure server.

·         Proficiency in database administration including, backup/recovery/DR, replication, clustering, advanced performance tuning, and proactive monitoring

·         Should have the skills to triage issues in an end-to-end manner with awareness of how web, application and caching tiers impact database performance and availability

·         Highly motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
