Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 7-10 years of experience in a Web Development environment, with strong focus on User Interfaces and integration with Business Services
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Application development methodology experience in Agile - SCRUM
Technical Skills:
* Core Java ( Java 1.5 and subsequent versions, JUnit test scripts)
* Spring Framework, Web Services (JAX-WS, SOAP/REST), JPA (Hibernate), JMS (TIBCO preferred), JSP
* CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and JQuery UI frameworks
* Strong relational database and SQL skills with Oracle
* Good understanding of web/application servers
