Job Title  :  ServiceNow System Admin
Location  :  Albany, NY
Duration  :  8-12 Months
 
Job Skills:
The job description is essentially that of an implementation team member with the specified skills. The overall project is the implementation and integration of ServiceNow. The person will need to configure the ServiceNow applications based upon a specified set of design requirements.
ServiceNow Advanced System Administration Certification – They MUST be certified!!!
Fundamental understanding of SSO, SSL, SAML, LDAP, SCP, FTPS, and Webservices Scripting
Experience surrounding Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages
Experience with ServiceNow Runbook Administration ITIL Foundations (or greater) Certification 2+ years
