Position:  SharePoint Architect

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 3+ months Extendable Contract

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

•           Function/non • functional document creation experience

•           search ranking, experience

•           search web enrichment service experience

•           design patterns

 

•                    Demonstrates in-depth, technical SharePoint 2013 subject matter expertise

•                    Proficient with technical authoring, specifically techniques to describe software design and architecture (UML, design patterns, SOA, EAI, BPI)

•                    Familiar with object oriented development, design patterns and specifically the .NET Framework (C#) with a strong background in web based development and service oriented architecture

•                    Experience designing and developing solutions dependent on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or SQL Server 2012 (Database Services, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Integration Services)

•                    Proficiency with tools for SharePoint configuration and customization, including SharePoint Designer, Napa & Windows PowerShell

•                    Experience with frontend search customizations such as result sources, result types, query rules, display templates, search APIs, etc.

•                    Proficiency with backend search customizations such as advanced content enrichment, custom ranking models, etc.

•                    Experience with identifying architectural elements of a search solution that have platform ramifications and effectively communicating them  to platform architects

•                    Proficiency with architecting search driven applications and solutions

•                    Proficiency with search architectural concepts, principles, and best practices
