Job Title: Risk Management Data Analyst
Length: 18 months +
Location: Wyomissing, PA 19610 (Near Reading, PA )

Client has a need for several Data Analyst consultants with Risk Management experience. The initial contract period is 18 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with client's internal systems supporting asset and liability management, and modeling for treasury and market risk teams.
- Manage the monthly production cycle for manual file input, manual adjustments and balancing (2.5 week cycle); data quality controls, monthly scorecard for controls, Quantitative Risk Management structures development and maintenance (chart of accounts, business units), and SQL reporting / transformations.
- Provide multiple project leadership and functional support, and maintain procedural documentation to related responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
· Clearly set expectations for each key project milestone and then manage the business stakeholders and the project team to those expectations.
Required skills:
- 7 years of experience as a business analyst / data analysis; including solid requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills, and strong data analyst skills.
· Prior experience in Asset-Liability and Market Risk analysis; including ability to create custom reports to provide managers actionable business intelligence, and develop processes for creating effective hedging strategies.
- Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, SQL querying and reporting tools.
· Experience interviewing client stakeholders to gain an understanding of the current state of their work environment and business objectives; must be a good listener.
- Must have prior consulting experience in a corporate environment.
- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, proactive, self-directed, possess strong organizational / prioritization skills, and can work efficiently with limited guidance.
· Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Must be detail oriented, focused, and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be customer focused – meaning must be able to understand the importance stakeholders business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives.
- Strong relationship building skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization's technical and business departments.
- Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
