Expertise in IBM FilNet. Application upgrade experience from P8 4.5.1 to P8 5.2 is desired.
Provide approach and technical solution to meet project requirements.
Identify project requirements based on inputs from business.
Manage & Control Project Scope.
Stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills.
Co-ordination with offshore team.
Lead the project to meet schedule requirements from initiation thru implementation.
Identify & manage risk/issues.
Conduct periodic technical reviews to ensure quality.
