Job Description:

 

Technical/Functional Skills:       

 

·         2-3 years' experience leading testing activities on an infrastructure project.

 

·         The candidate MUST understand infrastructure - Network Storage Compute Cloud architecture and terminology

 

·         Must have very strong ALM skills.

 

·         Must have lead remote teams

 

Experience Required:    10 – 14 Year

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for  ensuring that Quality Assurance (QA) targets are met across all automation projects through effective delivery and management of test solutions, pipeline management, status reporting, test planning, peer reviews, thorough analysis of testing results, causal analysis, leading test readiness reviews and post-implementation reviews.

 

·         Plan and manage delivery of all functional testing activities for multiple assigned projects and programs.

 

Generic Managerial Skills:

·         Experience of leading small to medium sized cross border project delivery teams

 

·         Experience of line management responsibilities for small teams

 

·         Ability to determine strategic direction of team

 

·         Good management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

 

·         Experience of leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams

 

Education:          Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant work experience
