Experience Minimum 5 years working in Business Analysis. Responsibilities Gathering Requirements and Managing Requirements Documents Writing/Reviewing Functional Specifications Establishing Project Documentation, functional design and Business Quality Standards As part of a professional services firm serving global banks and financial services firms, duties can vary from project to project, providing the excitement and variety. Requirements: Must Have Qualities Experience with business analysis, business process re-engineering, and requirements gathering methods and tools. Excellent written, oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Must be skilled at working with key users to continually improve business processes. Should be able to manage projects throughout the entire systems development life cycle. Good at developing and executing test plans. Strong Background in both business and technical environments. Attention to detail. Strong relationship management skills. Required: Desired Characteristics Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrixed environment. Ability to constructively adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Knowledge of systems architecture, application development life cycle, and data modeling a plus.
