Position : SFDC CRM Consultant
Location : South Brunswick(NJ) and Houston, Texas
Duration : 6 months
Required
Relevant Previous Project Experience:
• Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, Enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects.
• Well versed with SFDC Governor limits, Agile/Iterative implementations methodologies
• Solution definition: Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs
• Sales and business development: Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals
• Internal collateral development: Assist front office /CSG team by offering to enhance the service offering.
• Participates and drives orals presentations, conducts workshops for requirements gathering
• Facilitates Conference Room Pilots, Super user training
• Onsite/offshore coordination
Years of Relevant Experience in Proposed Services:
10+ years' experience in CRM successful consulting assignments of which at least 3-5 years in SFDC
Profile Summary:
• He has over 10 years of industry experience related to Information Technology and 5+ Years in SFDC
Certifications & Training: Sales or Service cloud certified
Education
• Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Education • Master's in Business Administration
Experience • In Marketing cloud and Analytics
