Position Summary
Join our Identity and Access management team to design, engineer, and implement a large scale, scalable multi-tenant, multi-tiered cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture and program. You will act as a technology architect for the development of cloud identity services, business operations, and understanding business requirements and designing an enterprise-grade, cloud IAM architecture. The architect will have subject matter expertise across a large section of identity management products and systems that will improve the security, privacy, and user experience for Identity and Access management solution.
You will provide subject matter expertise on various aspects of Identity and Access Management. This position is specifically charged with the technical strategy and implementation of our major Identity and Access Management systems and technologies. This role also requires the ability to effectively collaborate with other industry experts and solution delivery groups.
This is a hands-on job that requires strategic thinking, planning and teamwork. Candidates must have experience driving tactical and strategic objectives in a fast-growing software development organization.

- Design and build IAM solutions that integrate applications and other services with IAM services, align IAM processes with business processes, and identify required governance and policy needs
- Design and implement service interfaces (preferably REST APIs) and apply technical standards to enable and protect API access while meeting enterprise architecture, security, and privacy needs
- Integrate new and existing architectures for user authentication and SSO for enterprise and native mobile applications
- Have PRACTICAL -HANDS ON experience of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML and standards applicable to cloud identity and access management
- Analyze alternative architectures and service designs and communicate their potential strategic and tactical benefits and risks in terms of business and architecture value
- Evaluate and implement emerging solutions to improve privacy, identity assurance, and user experience
- Clearly communicate the functions, capabilities, and processes of proposed enterprise IAM programs
- Ability to interface cross-functionally with other teams (internal and external) to communicate the use/value of enterprise identity piece of the solution.

Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of five years of experience performing progressively more complex tasks and responsibilities participating in or leading IAM planning and implementation processes
- Demonstrated expertise with open, interoperable technical standards used for federated authentication, multi-party federation metadata management, and identity assurance
- Experience designing, building, operating, and maintaining IAM infrastructure; leading or participating in their day-to-day operation and maintenance; and monitoring, reporting, and auditing technical, security, and business activities
- Experience with IAM requirements for cloud-based services, including strategies, trust models, policy design, and open standards used to improve manageability, access governance, provisioning, information security, and privacy
- Experience with access control modeling methodologies, authorization policy management, and risk-based methods of access lifecycle management for applications and data
- Familiarity working with privacy professionals to identify privacy obligations and to include privacy-sensitive thinking in IAM solutions and architectures
- Experience developing and applying enterprise architecture principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
