| Ø 24x7x365 Ticket Monitoring |
| Ø 24x7x365 RFC deployment as scheduled by users |
| Ø Managing user security and access permission |
| Ø Addressing all alerts |
| Ø Daily System Health Checks (Space, CPU, Memory, Table Statistics, Indexes, Logs) and sending out daily reports |
| Ø Daily Backup checks |
| Ø Replication Health checks and sending out health reports |
| Ø Proactive month end system health check |
| Ø Month end monitoring and addressing any processing delays |
| Ø Communicating with our customers when month end processing is completed |
| Ø Initiating and participating in P1/P2 calls as needed |
| Ø On-Call rotation for Onsite resources |
| Ø Onsite resources will review RFCs as part of their On-Call duties |
| Ø Creating Internal DBA RFCs for production change |

| Senior FileNet Developer - Lewisville, TX |
| Should have hands on experience with IBM DataCap and Windows Powershell. |
| Ability to do Adhoc Reporting using SQL and SQL Server 2008. |
| Development experience with Java is a plus, as this help in troubleshooting issue and Error logs. |
| Experience with FileNet P8 5.2 is a plus. |
| Good experience using MS Off suite. |
| Should be good at picking up new tools and Business Processes. |
| Should be comfortable working in onshore/offshore model |
