Duration -  6  months

 

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Typically requires 10+ years of experience.

Looking for individuals that have implemented controls using the FTBatch product.

5 to 7 years Hands-on Experience in Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMIs, Drives, Networx & SCADA, preferrably Controllogix/Compactlogix/RSLogix 5000/FTViewSE PLC/SCADA/HMI/Drives Programming & Development Knowledge Experience of Industrial Automation Knowledge of System & Functional Testing Preferred Knowledge of Digital as well as Analog I/Os, Redundancy Systems, Communication Products for Modbus/ASCII, etc, Networking Protocols- Ethernet/ControlNet/DeviceNet, Motion & Drives, etc Experience in GE & Siemens Automation Systems, VBScripting, Python, Databases, SQL, etc, would be added advantage. Good Communicaton Skills & Problem solving approach is mandatory
Responsibilities - Carry out Rockwell Automation (range of products) based Functional, I/O, Controller, Network & System Testing along with Automated Testing (with or without scripts) as well as Development Projects - Prepare Design Documents, Test Cases. - Develop logic for test cases - Independently work with client project leads & representatives. - Knowledge management, Documentation, back up, tracking, etc
