Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Developer
Location: Dover, DE
Duration: 6+ months contract


(The COBOL skills are a must)
    
Job Description:
The contractor primary responsibilities include ability to independently work with users to define specifications for system development, system analysis and design, programming, resolve system problems, and apply customizations to programs and objects included in Tax updates and Maintenance packs.  This requires experience using People Tools 8.51/8.53, Application Designer, People Code, SQR/SQL, Application Engine, Application Package and COBOL in a UNIX/Oracle environment.
 
This organization is simultaneously maintaining the PeopleSoft production environment with active workload including legislative mandated changes while upgrading the PeopleSoft environment from Version 9.0 to 9.2.
Knowledge of Human Resource, Payroll, Pension and accounting terminology is essential to performing these duties.
