Please find below the JD.

 

1) Performance Test lead profile. 6+ years of experience in PT with good communication skills and excellent stakeholder management capability.

2) NFR Gathering - Should be capable to deep dive and obtain the required NFR's. Obtain sign-off on NFR's from Business, Architect and product owners

3) Test Planning - Prepare a comprehensive test plan, Review and Walkthrough plan with project stakeholders. Obtain sign-off from all relevant project stakeholders.

4) Scripting - Prepare/Review scripts using HP SaaS PC/LR

5) Server Monitoring Exp - Monitor server metrics

6) Execution - Define Test Scenarios and execute tests based on requirements/SLA's - 3G, 4G N/W scenarios etc

7) Test Reporting  - Prepare and provide Walkthrough of test report. Provide Performance No/No-Go based on the results

8) Server Side Performance testing exp, Mobile/iPAD Device Side performance testing, Network Virtualization Experience using Shunra), HP PC, Mobile protocol, Http/Html protocol.
