Project Manager with 12-25 years of experience advising clients in establishing Productions support target operating models, processes and continuous improvement practices. Expertise in driving enterprise wide initiatives in application support services.

• Expertise in setting up production support processes including Incident management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Event Management and Business continuity Management.
  
• Senior process SME with deep knowledge of ITIL processes.
  
• Responsible for delivering Production support operating model.
  
• Organize workshops and sponsor status reviews.
  
• Co-ordinate with Senior Management from Customer Organization
  
• Communicate / escalate unresolved issues.
  
• Drive alignment (and final sign-off) with client Stakeholders
  
• Report Progress
  
• Should be ITIL Certified
