Position Title : Java Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 6-12 Months +

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or appropriate experience.
  
• 5+ years' experience and proven ability to deliver quality solutions within scheduled time frames.
  
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
  
• Must be a self-starter and able to work efficiently with little supervision.

Skills and Experience :

• Expert in core java development using Java 7 or higher.
  
• Strong experience developing and supporting Java applications in a structured environment.
  
• Strong experience with JSON and XML.
  
• Strong experience developing with SQL and the MySQL database.
  
• Strong experience in developing web based applications utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing on Tomcat
  
• Experience with XLS parsing tools (jXLS)
  
• Experience in cross-platform integration using web services (REST).
  
• Experience with Maven scripts and continuous build tools (Hudson, Jenkins)
  
• Experience in Agile Software, Rally tools.
  
• Experience with JSON parsing methodologies/tools.
  
• Familiar with version control systems like Perforce and GIT HUB.
