Position: Liferay Portal Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 3-6 Months (Extension Possible)

Rate: $60-65/hr C2C

 

Job Description: 

 

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work

experience in lieu of every year of education

• At least 6 years of experience total IT experience with 4 years of experience in Liferay Portal

 

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Liferay Portal Skills with Hook, EXT and Theme development exposure.

• At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Strong on core Java

• Exposure to Authentication mechanism will be good

• Exposure to Tomcat web server, MySQL DB

• Development background with experience of HTML5/Ajax/JSON/ jQuery/ JSR/ SOAP base web services /

XML/JSP/CSS

• Exposure to telematics would be an added advantage
